I cant see anything wrong with this at all, as its fairly standard practice.

All they are saying is, help us sell some properties and we will pay you a commission, and I cant see anything wrong with that.

Besides, you DONT have to sell a development/project if you dont want to.

Also selling off plots of land/properties that doesnt have planning permission, while not recommended, certainly isnt illegal. How do you know the planning hasnt been submitted and is waiting to be processed? After all, no planning permission didnt stop hundreds of people buying on Mediterranea Saidia in Morocco, when it was first launched, and no-one had planning permisssion there at that time.

No Planning Permission just makes the risk that much greater, but at the end of the day, its down to the individual buyer to weigh up the Risk/Reward factors and to decide for themselves is it not?
