from the owner with %25 commission!!!
I own 22 of 51 apartments on my own land in BODRUM / TURKEY which we had a deal with a contractor. 24 of total 51 apartments has been sold to people from europe most of all from UK. Now i want to sell my share of 22 apartments. Normally they are on sale on different comissioners for about 60000 pounds each depending on the placement.They are all ready to move with every need satisfied in a beautiful controlled enviroment with pools and surroundings
BUT as i need the money urgently i will sell the houses to any comissioner or contractor for 45000-50000 pounds ONLY IF he/she buys them completely.
Nonetheless if you want to buy one by one the price is about 60000 pounds as i mentioned before.
