However:
1. This development will be built in 2012.
2. It has the BEST location; overlooking the millenium done and at the bend of teh Thames
3. By 2012, the working population in canary wharf will have icnreased from 100,000 to around 137,000.
Since around 40% of people working there also live htere, that's demand for another 37,000 * 0.4 = 14,800 units.
