1st choice would be Remraam : Remraam has gathered steam ever since it was launched. Mizin is a part of Tatweer which is again a part of Dubai holding.
2nd choice : Que point : The developer is Mazaya who has a strong history in real estate development. Que point is loacted opposite to academic city. A good investment for renting out.
3rd choice ( could be considered 2nd on a rainy day

) Jumairah village. A booming residential locality suitably placed near Ibn Batuta. Has picked up well since the last few months.
All three are good, provided you invest with a good developer in Jumairah village.
