Hi I agree - not naive - its a learning kerb for all of us. I after contracts were signed then paid maintenance fees and recd recpt and the same for elec and water - paid fees and recd pre pay cards. I also recd my keys - 5 front door ones with also a card that has a special ID number and no one can get a key cut without this special card.
