Doesn't anyone ever go to Felfela? It has been my favourite restaurant for years and since about one year they have been serving alcohol. Typical Egyptian cuisine with the best sea view in Hurghada. I put directions on the other best places to eat thread.
Regarding tips for renting out, when I used to rent my place before I moved here full time in 2004 I handled all the rentals myself and just used a company in El Gouna for taxi pick up, fridge stocking, cleaning and laundry and keys. By dealing direct with the clients I offered lots of advice and help and I think they take more care with the property and you get good feed back because they feel like they know the owner? Apart from the guy that broke my basin of course
But I guess it is different with these new developments just targetted at Europeans with rental guarantees and you have to buy the expensive furniture packs so every apartment looks the same. Going off thread now
