I would like to remember the condominium have two construction phases, being one of them already available.

This is also an excellent opportunity for another reason. The residential tourism (2nd home) in Portugal alternative touristic regions, associated to the ecologic tourism, is having an amazing growing. This represents a great deal for potential buyers for another reason. The condominium is located in the Thermal Complex of São Pedro do Sul, Portugal. Recently the thermal company who had de managing of the region´s tourism have been buy by a multinational. One of the conditions of the deal was precisely to develop the touristic infrastructures. Therefore, our private condominium is precisely located in the area where will be created in the next 2/3 years a great number of touristic infra structures, such as golf courses, luxury private clinics, river activities/sports, luxury malls, and so on.
According the project’s promoter, the main objective is to make Thermal/Spa São Pedro do Sul the main thermal complex of all Europe in the next 5 years, and also a worldwide exclusively luxury destination.
