We too are trying to find a reputable rental comapany for a two bedroomed apartment in Aya Napa, 5 mins walk from Nissi beach. We bought it through a big real estate company seen on T.V here in the U.K who also do furnishing and rentals. However, in order to get the rental from them you have to purchase their furniture package which i think is overpriced. So am looking for other options. We have heard of a company called Ready Rental Properties which are linked to Furniture Direct Worldwide. Has anyone any advice on dealings with this company?
