I was inside it a couple of days ago and it is looking really nice.
The developer is quite a big mover and shaker in Hurghada and this is a bit of a vanity project for him. He wants it to be the best development in the town and this is more important to him than cutting corners to make a little bit extra.
The marble floors were just going into one of the units while I was there - looking very nice.
A new phase there just went on sale a couple of weeks ago.
A the start of the year, immediately after the price rise in January, the development looked a little expensive. However, with prices at all other developments having risen over the past six months, Hurghada Dreams is looking like a good deal again as prices are not too dissimilar to those in El Kawser which doesn't benefit from the sea views or proximity to the beach.
They also announced a Guaranteed Rental Scheme there a couple of months back - 5% for the first two years and 10% for the following three, I believe.
