I'd be interested in as many units as you may have...if thy're availble at anything between 6-8%!!!
THe OP for phase 2 is actually 47% higher than phase 1 to be exact. THe reason people are still going for phase 2 is simply the payment plan
As an investor you are interested in the leverage the property will give you....as an end user u will look at buying phase 1 perhaps because the price is lower....
