Where do u get this prices from /?!!!!! i've scanned the market and cant find any thing less than the following in phase 2:
3 BR 10%
2 BR 12-13 %
1 BR & studio 15%
if u have a studio or 1 Br at 6% i'll buy it from u on the spot.
