I agree. I have an unit reserved in Global Point and made 60% payment. We can appoint an representaitive in Dubai to take the Issue with the Developers in a local legal frame work. Any expenses inoccuring for this could be paid by all (Such representative might be able to get a list of all purchasers from the developers for communication with and baloot issues in vital decisions) purchasers.
Though my visit to Al Attar Business centre in Shikh Zaid Road early this month was more optimistic. I was told that the building work was going to start soon and that Al Attar would be asking for 4th payment from their customers who had not paid yet. Such promisses however come and gone many times.
