^^ Well .. What i have received from the Market is the Ongoing Price For a 3 Bed Room in Phase 2 is round 5%.. Which is Net to Owner ..

2 Bed Room is 8-9% All in ..

1 Bed Room is Round 10-11% All in ..

And For a Studio its Round 12% ..
