Hello Coqueiro , I take it you didnt buy a farm alongside a beach in Bahia 8 years ago since if what you say is true independant of location you would already have your apartment, yacht, etc. However I dont think it's that simple since there are no doubt hundreds of farms still waiting to be sold on the Bahian coastline. If tourism was such a great money spinner in Bahia or Brazil for that matter then why has the Costa de Sauipe resort been the worst investment the Previ (Fundo de Pensao do Banco do Brasil) ever made. Infact since its inauguration it has only made a profit during one year.
