i have been in Natal in January. I have seen many, many properties for sale. That is not a good sign. And prices overrated already. Places, that are in the mouth of everybody, are not good spots to target. The places with potencial are hidden, almost nobody talks about them ( yet ) . At the northeast cost, not many places remain with a good potential.
Sergipe state has been discovered only very, very recently .
search for INVI Barra dos Coqueiros, and you will see what is going on here.
I know for example a spot, a peace of land with 300 hectars of land, excellent location, that can be reached even by boat from Aracaju, at only 25km from Aracaju centro, not at the beach, but very close. the new Refinaria Atlāntico Sul will be implemented close, and many workers will need a home. This land can be bought today for 1.5 mio Reais. it will be worth in 5 years at least 10x what it costs today, whole sale. If divided in small plots, even more.... this is a example of a oportunity, which offers real highest gain in short time.
