How long do you think it will take the market to recover? I'm watching this with interest as in the UK I think we're only at the start of our downward slide. I remember the last time the UK market flopped we saw lots of terraced houses going for £10,000 ($20,000), but I don't remember anything approaching the $6,000 foreclosures you guys are getting.
