Credit for coming on here to put your side of the story. Please be so kind as to name this "credible company" offering investment in plots of land. The copy on your site about housing needs, requirements etc. is standard for all these types of company, mixing in govt. statistics re housing and prices of farmland, which is misleading at best. Please read all the info on land banking companies on the link I posted:

particularly the five myths about land banking. Then compare that with your advertising copy.
My advice is, if you want to raise your credibility, have nothing to do with this kind of 'investment' - and get someone to proof read your next posting to clean up the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. I'm not being picky; you get one chance to make a first impression.
