La Hoya Bay - Beautiful Marjan Island a render picture doesnt show me any "sandy beaches". it is on the waterfront but no beaches in front of your doorsteps. Maybe I am wrong but even Selectproperty said the same thing. I think their new launch the regency will have doorstep beaches like the Pacific does and if the prices are right i will certainly go for that one too.
La Hoya Bay - Beautiful Marjan Island i think you might be confusing it with some developer next door to Khoie properties projects or you might be confusing it with the Regency which they are yet to launch.
