danny in the pic the buildings on the left side with the piers are LHB i.e the buildings which dont have a beach but a pier where all the ships can park.
if you look on the right side you will see la hoya bay regency which they will be launching. THe REGENCY has the access to the beach and not the LHB. if you have any doubts just visit
KHOIE Group Dubai UAE or just call them up and ask them. I might be wrong but in their render pictures there is no beaches.
Only the regency has it which they will be launching and the prices will be starting from 700,000dhs for a studio. thats what i have heard.
the pictures dont show any beaches and the picture u have attached which has a beach i think happens to be the REGENCY.
