How expensive are apartments ???

Our house is near the best surfing coast. They have held the world Champs there before and there are always surfers in the water.
That is the coast line North of Lisbon from Ereacia( have not spelt that right) up to and probably beyond Peniche. Apartments are around 95,000 euros but I know if you go in land a bit, 20 mins drive they become a lot cheaper.
Work is less pay but cost of living is less as well.
