So many people lost money because of the above cancellations and is not only this project.
What about the people have paid premiums
I still don’t understand how people around the world don’t understand that Dubai is full of crooks and all those “premiums” are made by very small amount of people and to make money from properties in Dubai is harder than in your own country
There is no property low in this country.
Advertisement – big advertisement is going around the world for all the properties in Dubai but soon or later people will know the reality and will regret their steps if not already
Now for a studio in DG you need to pay around 30000 DHS for service charges cooling water and whatever (hidden cost) and none of all the agencies are mentioning all the extras.
How long is this going last - not for ever
