We are planning on going over in October for snagging and purchasing bits and bobs but we are told that you now have to go in person to get the electricity supply sorted which can take up to 10 working days and we can only go for 10 days (incl. weekends) so I think some things we will have to trust to others to do
We could maybe get the advocate to sort the electricity out but I don't have much faith as she seems to be full of eastern promise !
I know I've read many threads on other forums and most seem to get good discounts if they negotiate prices
