Default P.O.A info for non dubai residents
To anyone outside of Dubai looking to set someone up in Dubai with Power of Attorney,make sure the document you have 'attested' and 'legalised'is in both english and now Arabic(new law) I just got caught out on this and now have to do the whole thing again and pay twice.Also the courts charge in Dubai for attesting the P.O.A document has now gone up from 150aed to 2000aed !
It seems you can pretty mush kiss goodbye to half of your first years rent on all the charges you have to pay.
