I am looking solely for a residential lot(s). As I mentioned, I've never been there yet so I don't have a lay of the land at present. Ultimately, somewhere beachfront (or close) where a potential for future development exists (i.e. a large project(s) underway/planning phase, hotels, etc.) would be what I'm looking for. Any contact info on this realtor would be appreciated. Thanks again.
