Everything in Badrah is developed by Nakheel. Tough to say what the prices will be like in 18 months... I think certain projects will see a correction such as the ones which are overly priced ie. Damac, Omniyat etc... Badrah should continue to see a consistant increase in value. So in 18 months i'd say the PSF would be around 2400-2600 aed. Also remember Nakheel should be lanuching a 3rd phase in the next 2 months, but those should already be priced around 1800-2000 psf.
The completion date for phase one as per the reservation forms say December 09... Not too sure how they intend to uphold that date of completion!
Payment plan is as follows: 10% paid, 10% sept, 20% december, 10% every 3 months, 30% on completion...
