HEY...

If you've not already made your investment. My suggestions as follows:

Badrah 2 bedtown house phase 2 - Non existent, as no town houses were released in phase 2 for Badrah.

BAdrah 2 bed townhouses phase 1 - Premium is generally high on this simply becoz townhouses were not realeased further, and perhaps if they release more townhouses in the 3rd phase, the value would increase further - hence the premiums are overstated.

Remraam 2 Br - You are likely to get the best deal on this and it would probably give you a good return on investmen since you plan to hold it long term. It is one of the most sought after properties today, and also one of the most reliable in terms of returns - due to its prices, as well as a reliable developer. Defintely my bet would be on this one.
