my advise to you is to go on holiday to turkey and to buy somewhere near to the airport as noone wants long transfers once they get off the plane,take it from me I have an 18 year travel backround and have worked in turkey for many years,lots of devlopers now are in altinkum and bodrum both of which I have worked in as I said for many years and if you want to get hassled all the time by people trying to get you in shops bras and restaurants then this is what you will get ,try dalaman or sarigerme as property prices there are really good at the moment depending on what you want you never get hassled and its only 10 mins from the airport so no long transfers,the first of four golf courses is under construction in sarigerme and dalamans new marina is being started in october of this year so to get the best prices before you retire would be the best time to invest this way you are making an good income on your property before you actually retire and you have bought before the place is established there is also a shortage of rented properties in the area so you could rent it out without a problem,if you need some help to look for reputable agents,contact me personally where i would be happy to help you.
