Promaga Development

I am new to the forum and live in Natal for the last 4.5 years and have my own company(ies), give consultancy, real estate and architectural services to brazilians and foreigners. I have had my problems but this I described in another post. About the Promaga Ma-Noa Resort in Maracajau, the thing is this:
1. Promaga is a serious Spanish developer but are poorly advised, bad lawyers that have a lot of fame here in Natal but work slow and are very greedy (most lawyers are in the world and these I know them because they were my ex-lawyers before they tried to rip me off).
2. They bought the Ma-Noa park that was formerly of a Paulista and the adjacent properties to make this really nice resort (on paper at least). What do you know, a similar problem happened from what I read about this Olga person earlier. They thought they were owners of all the lots of land in the project, designed the project, enter the project for the license processes everything was fine until "one of the REAL owners" of the land saw the project and said that he never sold his property to Promaga. Of course, now he wants the jackpot and everything is on hold.
This information came from a good friend and works in consultancy as well. Its not 100% accurate because I did not confirm it, but, I reckon its pretty close and the reason why they haven't started building yet. This type of thing really pisses me off, a serious developer wants to help the region grow, create jobs and gets sc***wed. Of course, they should have done a better due diligence but coming from Natal its easier said then done.
