I know this post is old but was wondering if you are talking about the same area - Jacuma Beach Resort. I have a really beautiful beachfront house in Jacuma near the project and usually go their in the weekends, the access is never a problem. Yes, this winter there were a few potholes from the heavy rains but they were fixed up already. Asphalt road right to the front door of the future project, much better than most roads in Natal! Anyway, one of the few regions in Natal where foreigners in the future will enjoy to stay. About GNG (is a dead project will never go off the ground, thankfully = overdevelopment) however, Natal Elegance Golf will continue and will start (one 18-hole golfcourse).
