Although I'm in the trenches as you say, I'm still at the stage where I ask more than I actually offer, but I'm learning a lot by questioning those who're very experienced. One thing I can say for sure, is that nobody minds being asked and I haven't come across many who think that my opinion isn't valid. At least I'm contributing and that's what we need from all of you that haven't yet. I for one, look forward to hearing more from you
