Default Buyer looking for property in Malaysia
Hi all

I have a client that is looking to buy a property in malaysia either KL or Penang. (they would also consider singapore) They are looking for 2 beds and have around 300K€ to spend. Is this realisitc in these areas?

I have limited experience with the market in this area and would appreciate any help.
