Phase 1 UAQ Marina has already been built - and is a joint venture with Emaar and the government and will be one of the largest Marinas in UAE.. we are very comfortable with the capitalisation of the build, the furure travel time to Jumeriah and both RAK and Dubai airports, further more we feel the price sufficiantly underprices any risk at around 700aed sq ft.
Admitiatly Al Salam City was a mess although it is set to be relaunched again shortly now the contractul issues have been worked through...
