Does anyone know much about the town of Burg el Arab near Alexandria on the north coast? I understand a football stadium is being built here and it is making a bid for the FIFI games in 2010. It is half an hour from the sea and near to some of the new seaside resorts being built.
Does anyone have any information on whether this area is likely to be up and coming? I have heard through the grapevine of some Russian interest......
