Southern Italy is a new up and coming area and the Irish have been buying here like wildfire since January this year but as yet England has not come in to the game. I am just back from a trip and purchased a unit there. This area is like Spain, France, Portugal, the best places and now for the first time ever they are doing developments in Southern Italy, this will be a massive market in a few years and is more stable than the likes of Egypt, Moroccow, Turkey etc. If you want more info please mail me on
