These are two developments going up in the Spain sector and they look good according to the specs. They are a bit bigger than Phase 1 - and 1 and 2 bedroom. They're basement + 3 or 4 so not high rise, with parking available in the basement I would guess. Going for about 900 dhs per sq foot. Planned for completion 1st quarter 2010.
