Like yourself i purchased in 2005 and a date of end of 2009 / early 2010 is too long a wait. I have suspended my payments until construction starts at the end of 2008. I have been trying to sell for around 2 months. Alot of people have shown interest but as i have paid over 50% people are finding it hard to raise the initial capital.
