Sorry not to have replied before only just picked up your thread.
Don't understand what's happening with Abbas. We emailed him several times over the past few months to the address on his business card ie
abbaslawyer_1@yahoo.com but received no reply. Then SRE told us he had a new email: egyptian-lawyer.com so tried that many times to no avail, also asked SRE to ask him to email us - no luck. In desperation tried to fax him but that was no good and finally got him on the phone on 29th Sept and he told us he would email us with his new address so that we could send him the contracts by DHL and he would get them notarized. Still not heard a word so will take the contracts with us when we go to Sierra for handover (hopefully) first week in November.
We find the lack of response a bit worrying but if you or anyone else out there knows how to contact him we'd be grateful to know!
