What can I Say !!! You have actually spoken my mind , How Strange is that??
Since the beginning of this year I have sat back and looked at What are the reasons of staying in the U.K. I also came up with exactly the same theory as you. Also to add the states schools for the children in the U.K are also becoming so difficult to deal with & if were going to pay for them to go private then we might as well do that in a country that you like and know is safe. Same goes for the NHS.
May be We'll meet in Dubai one day!!!
