I am new to investing in overseas property and have purchased a 4 bedroom duplex apartment off-plan in Altinkum for £39,900. I have just returned from a short trip there and found the whole process amazingly easy and straightforward.

I must admit that although you hear many horror stories about agents, the one that I used was excellent. They told me about the pros and cons and were very accurrate when describing the location. They also told me that rents may be slow at first while the area establishes itself but I should get moderate growth from my property over the next 5 to 7 years due to the low pricing.

My question is...what level of annual growth is currently being experienced in Turkey?
