Coral Lake & Beach Resort

Hi, has anyone ever heard of the Coral Lake & Beach Resort in Flexieras?

I've been researching some new coastal projects there and this one's come up. I'm curious if anyone's ever heard of it or knows anything about it that prospective investors should know.

I just found this forum about Coral Lake and Beach Resort by search on Google for ' Coral Lake and Beach Resort '. I noticed that this forum is mainly about investments and those threads main about ppl whom are investing in Coral Lake and Beach Resort. But I am wondering if anyone has any information on purchasing one of the beachfront homes on the Coral Lake and Beach Resort. I saw some internet ads but I was wondering if these are any Americans like myself here that are considering purchasing a home at Coral Lake and Beach Resort for a winter home?

I saw their new site (@least I think its new) thecorallakeandbeachresort dot com but they don't have any pricing information. I know some of the ads I saw for the Resort have pricing around $100k but that seems too reasonable.

Hi, My wife and me went over there, Building price of the villa starts at 112.000 USD plus the plot, comes at 33.000 USD, very nice place and surroundings. We will decide between Pipa , Natal and Guijaru, The Coral lake is the best value for money, so we will likely choose the last.

Hi Mack,

May I ask how you are comparing your three choices: capital gains, rental returns or just for a holiday home?

The first is a major tourist destination, Natal is a city of just under a million people and Guijaru is really very isolated with nothing around it for miles and miles.

Hi, on both three, Guijaru is located next to Fleicheras and Trairi, you mix it up with illha do Guaijru. ( you are right ilha do guijaru is isolated).
Guijaru is a very beautifull village ( famous from Global TV), close also to Laigoinha and the new harbour of Pecem, just an hour from Fortaleza ( 3 million people). This is also a world cup city. So as an investment great. i like to use it as a holliday home, hotel prices in the surroundings are on some locations up to 500 Euro. Good point in the area is that they can build only 12 meter from the soil. So you avoid the skycrapers like Natal.
