Hi all,

Pre-reserved an apartment on the new grand natal golf resort in Brazil-official launch to take place on 29th May 07 in madrid!

Just found out that the prices are to increase by 20% B4 29th launch!
Good news for all those who have reserved already!

Wanting to know if anyone else has reserved yet- looks great investment!

Will have 5 golf courses, helipad spa centre, ronaldo football academy and lots more!

Anyone else out there to talk to???

Nice to see a response at last-was starting to think I was the only one who knew about this development??

I know its great news found out today that my 2 bed penthouse will go up B4 launch date significantly!!!

Also I didnt realise that they had released marginata area aswell as I thought that the MILTONIA was the only one available at the moment??

I have just returned from holiday and intend on finding out for sure now I'M BACK!
This was a question that I asked agents in depth about in order to test thw waters to make sure it wasnt a agents sales and marketing stunt to sell more properties as I know that these kind of things happen regularly and people are quite easily taken in by it!!

I am convinced so far from what Ive heard and know is that the price rises they have said are TRUE-As up until the 29th May the properties on the development have only been available at PRE-reservation stages only!
Which means that usually once a development is officially launched onto the public markets the prices tend to be higher anyway and end up increasing rapidly from there depending on the success of sales!

Will check out availability and prices again next week to test the waters on the situ..??

Hi all,

LISANIC- why is it that MARGINATA is requiring a 30% payment on contract stages in JULY when MILTONIAS 30% at contract stage is due in September instead???

Are the contracts going to be different aswell?

Also Ive heard that grupo sanchez are selling the other 2 sections off themselves the solanum and galatea but I havent seen this advertised anywhere yet??? Or are they only marketing them in spain directly??

Thats good news!

Could you possibly forward me the prices and availability for the SOLANUM & GALATEA when they come through as I havent seen these yet and also was comtemplating buying another unit one nearer to the sea aswell!
