The point here is that a lot of people have bought and the properties are just not being filled, whether it be,Pipa,Ponta Negra,Tabatinga,Buzios,Cortovelo,Maracaju, etc, etc.

Let's hope that MiCarla can get into gear and try and bring all the overseas tourists back to Natal.

If you have Cabo or Sky you can watch Expresso RN (not in strong coffee by the way!)which will keep you amused for 30 minutes..

It is more interesting that you won't say which beach you visited and instead come back with a vague answer claiming something you definately can't back up with stats.

Of all the places you mentioned I would only buy in Ponta Negra or Pipa as I know I can fill them now, Cotovelo and Maracajau I might buy in as well for rental income if the marketing was good.

I would love to see your stats.

Or just give us the names and dates of the developments you visited that told you they were all empty .

And I am not saying that tourists numbers aren't down this year - but tourist numbers are down all over - not just in Natal.

Since we might be waiting quite a while for Dotty to respond with some stats and names I thought I would help her and provide this photo I took of a beach vendor sleeping

(really if you look closely I think he is sending an sms on his phone, also note the boat full of tourists in their red life jackets in the background)

Default More flights reductions to come. TAP reduces to 4 flights a week LIS-NAT

I agree with them regarding Pernambuco (Recife) - it has steadily been gaining market share of intl flights from the other regions.

In basic economics, having 5 flights a week and reducing to 4 flights a week with the very same type of aircraft, is called a 20 % reduction in capacity.
I am sure you will come out with some diversion to call this something else.

By the way the 3 charters to NAT are: Milan, Amsterdam and Oslo.
This last one only operates during the winter high season.

Last but not least, TAP reduces 1 flight a week LIS-REC as well.
But who cares about RECIFE , as a tourist destination ?;
Recife is full of muggers and Boa Viagem is full of sharks.

I really prefer Ponta Negra.

Why personal attacks(question mark).

When the journals mention the quiet conditions in Natal and Rob says you musn't read everything you see in the newspapers and then posts a vendor on the beach you have to question his integrity.
