There is already some movement ... so it seems that next year ... we will have direct flights to Paraiba ...

The airline free pricing policy is at present amongst members of Mercosur and do not yet include International flights,however it is a step in the right direction and will mean(hopefully)far cheaper options of travelling within S.A .

Out of interest, have they finished extending the runway yet so that JP can accept international flights?

Joao Pessoa airport is already International, since a year ago they have finished...
There is some issues they are discussing to improve services, but it is not major issues that will avoid to receive international flights.

British Airways are having a sale on all flights until 23 September
Not sure this will help people on this forum as everybody only seems interested in Natal.
BA only go to Rio and Sao Paulo. I have just booked from UK to Rio in November for £448 GBP about 1350 reais. Normally I go by TAP through Lisbon and go every 2-3 months.
Can anyone put me touch with agents or property in Belo Horizonte?

Thanks for the advice, 1 way ticket price I see.

Do you know if it would be possible to book a 1 way ticket now...then say 2/3 months down the line...not sure on an exact date yet...to book a return flight for more or less the same price back? As im planning on going to Belo Horizonte next month..but am unsure of length of stay, so don't really want to commit on a return flight now...although it does work out cheaper.
