Default Banana Residential Club Forteleza.

There are only 100 units in total and well over half of these have already been sold in just over 3 weeks.
Apparently there is a 15% price increase scheduled for the end of this month.
I have already carried out a lot of research in respect of this opportunity and will be visiting N.E Brazil within the next 4 weeks to check out the area etc.Shall post pics on my return.

Did you make the payment direct to the developer or via a solicitor?

Default hello

wolfgang
i sent the money (reservation fee) 1 000 euros to the madrid based sales company's sollicitor and i am now wondering if paying 100% in euros in europe is safe and allows to get all my money back if i want to re-sale in a near future
i read somewhere this was not the official way to proceed but need to know if can be done anyway
cheerio
