I am trying to set up a company for people willing to buy property in Sao Paulo.



Do you guys think that this can be a good idea??

I think you will get people buying if it is a pure investment or buy to let play and you have the figures to back it up.

The real estate market in Sao Paulo is one of the best, as far as income goes, it has appreciated a lot for the past 5 years, rental income is good and demand is currently at a never seen level.
