We started in April too. It's been fun so far. So minor problems, but we are all go now.
Do you have pictures or info re: your development?
I would like to see it sometime.
Thanks
John

I have nothing online yet but will get on it next month when it quiets down. As I am thinking of renting the apartments I have not got any marketing together yet, but reallly should get on it, high season is getting closer. July has so turned out very good here, rain has stopped and the towns filled up, hows Jerri?

Dotty how is Natal and Pipa are the towns full?

Pipa was fairly quiet on Monday night when I got here and was the same until wednesday and then there was a sudden surge of people.

Hello!

I am in the UK at the moment, but I doubt it to be honest. When I left it was pretty miserable .I am comparing price here to Natal and Natal is extremely expensive in comparison to the uk,from Supermarket prices, similar products, sames products entertainment ,to domestic bills !)
I understand Jeri has had a very quiet yr .How much are the flights into Forteleza from the UK?There is such an exceptional coastline in Ceara for the tourist to explore and Jeri of course.

Last night when I went out it was even busier.

There seems to be a party every night for some reason, so far I have been to see a band playing Brazilian 80's rock, a full moon party on the beach and a reggae party.

Time to go to Ponta do Pirambu to get some rest .....

I know I was there 2 weeks ago, but since it is a big city it should be like that, I would be a bit worried if it wasn't.

Natal as well is very busy, mostly Brasilian tourists as it is school holidays. That would account for the surge in other cities as well in July. Schools go back next week so it will undoubtably quieten down until the high season Nov- Feb starts. Here in Natal there has been a shift in tourism with fewer Europeans (no Thomsons and no Club Vacacciones from Madrid) only Dutch and Norwegians and Italians in evidence.
