Just recently reserved an apartment off plan in Brazil and wanted to get a thread started for property owners To exchange info etc!

Anyone bought in Brazil yet?
New emerging market!!

Ive just reserved at Grand Natal Golf resort- which is being launched and marketed officially in Madrid on the 29th May(weekend).
Antonio Banderas and Ronaldo (brazilian footballer) are launching the development and will be in madrid for the official launch phase on behalf of the development group -GRUPO SANCHEZ!

Anyone heard about this development yet?

Also great to hear youve bought in Grand natal golf aswell -even better!!

Have you seen the info about the price increases yet?? Great news!

Are you going to the launch in madrid on the 29th May or not??
Was hoping to go but we had already booked our holidays so we are off tomorrow morning and dont get back until Friday 1st June!!

Very interesting, I am also thinking about purchasing in this development. Seems very well priced and it is HUGE! 22,000,000 Square Meters!!

How well do you guys know the developer? Are they reputable?

Is planning permissions already inplace?

Yes its good news about the price increases. If my reservation monies hit the Developers bank today that is !!

I'm a little concerned that there is no mention in any of the marketing material about a management/letting company although the agent assures me there will be one. Being so far away this is essential.

We are also buying at 'la Ensenada Margarita' Island where, if it does half the predicted rental the return will be about 20%

Hi Dave.

I dont know the Developers (grupo Sanchez Brazil) other than what I can find via Google and the agents. However they do seem to be of some substance with a good track record in Spain. The front door picture of their offices in the brochure did it for me !!!.

My son is bumming around Oz at the moment say hi if you see him !
