Lol sorry, im confused, that is what i was syaing, is that is built in, as he states "it was placed there as standard operating procedure...."

I was trying to help you out as i thought it may benefit to know it was in there, i am not stating you knew or were lying, don't worry, i was not trying to get to you, no worries...

Besides, he is a web developer, I am a designer! I would never dare argue with a developer when code is concerned trust me!

No Nick...I didn't misinterpret your postings. They were very helpful and much appreciated. My email to my developer was concerning "beenthere's" posts and accusations....not yours. I just wanted to post his responding e-mail to give "beenthere" his much desired "proof" he always asks for that I had no idea that I had any ability whatsoever to track anything...although was shortly going to request it. Naturally, all website owners need to have some basic statistics to help them with marketing.

all the best and a Merry X-mas to you as well!!

Ralph,

I suggest that you take their number off your post. There are a lot of sharks out there who trawl for the numbers of investors.

Rob.

I have tried to contact you via email and PM with no reply. There are some issues about your account and behaviour on the forum that I would like to discuss with you. Can you please update your account with the correct email address so we can do this. Or send an email to me on bob [at] moveforward.com.

I have recieved complaints from multiple sources now, so if you don't get in touch I will have no choice but to suspend your account.

Regards
Bob

I would rather you suspended my account.

As an experienced buyer in many markets around the world, my one parting bit of advice for potential purchasers is to use an agent that doesn't keep telling you how they can be trusted and everyone else are crooks.

The problem you have is that you believe that everyone is a crook and you are the only honest person, and only you can save people with your immense knowledge, from making mistakes, and buying in the world markets as you have done. But you love to accuse people from the anonomity of your handle - at least most people here are happy to reveal exactly who and what they are, and who they work for, while you hide your identity. I guess your passing will not be mourned by many here!!

You got that right michael. And the most damning thing is his "anonymity". It is kind of humorous how someone could come on here, or any forum, and start damning, accusing, and assuming, in complete anonymity. At least most of us here are using our real names, and have verifyable backgrounds that can be checked up on. "Beenthere", lol, doesn't even post current email addresses to this forum or respond to emails and/or private messages from the admins. of this site......what's that tell ya?

Thanks Rob...and you're right. I was ready to delete it earlier this afternoon but felt if I did I would hear more assumptions from our "friend". I'm going to remove it now because Alan and Patricia certainly don't need this.

I will miss him. To be fair to BT he did point out quite a few duplicitous posts which is probably why he is hated so much.

Well Rob, I don't know what kind of grudge he had against me, but time after time he made numerous assumptions specifically about me and my company. Regardless of the people that I know personally that came here and posted their experiences they've had with me. And yet when I gave warnings that I felt to be fair warnings about experiences I've had here with literally dozens upon dozens of english investors, he dismissed it as being with ONE agent...which was not the case whatsoever. And asking for proof that an event would NOT happen....kind of difficult to prove a negative.

The last straw was when he, or anyone, starts to desparage my repuation or say that I'm a fraud. When that begins to happen they better be prepared to provide proof.

And when did I say that everyone else are crooks? That was YOU beenthere that once again put words in someone's mouth and made assumptions. I've never said "everyone else" are crooks, and I've never said "trust me". Please beenthere...show me the posts where I've said this...quote me.

As far as the fraudenlent ones?? Well, it started 5 years ago with Keifer Robins...and I don't remember the name of his so-called developments. We ended up finding out that they didn't even own land. He has since died, or so they say, yet his "group" of buddies are still in the north of Brazil, around Piaui, selling properties, Lee Courteny Rowlands and a guy named Peter Roebuck.

Then there was Viva Vida...in which 33 english purchased at over 3 years ago and to this day don't have their deeds...they're being extorted for more money. Not to mention they were charged anywhere from 50% to 150% more than the brazilians and this price difference when confronted has been contributed to a 7,000 reais furniture package from Casa Bahia yet the differences in sales prices were anywhere from 50,000 reais to 120,000 reais.

And now there is another in Aracaju, where Joaquim Soares (who was involved with Keifer and Viva Vida) is involved with the builder of Viva Vida, Marcos Mattos. Once again, don't know the name of the development because I simply haven't paid any attention, but can get it for you with no problem first thing in the morning, and am currently helping english investors that invested large sums of money in this latest one. Their homes were supposed to be ready 6 months ago and it appears as if they won't be ready for another 12-18 months yet they paid in full years ago, and in some cases some of the people invested a million reais plus!
