Hi all,

I seem to have lost a number of posts on this site. Think I must have been abusing my privileges. Other post seem to be missing to including some new members. I am back to posting under a new name but we are Q7 10. As a few of us cannot post or attach e mail addresses can those of you who have my address forward to the new members if anyone recorded their contact detail before they disappeared. I am in a similar position to Caipirinha. We (Dave & Bev) are buying Q5 16. Again can those of you who have my address please forward to other members

Are the powers that be deleting us?? I think a page from earlier this week has been deleted. There were a couple of new people joining, I updated my summary and said I'd seen the contract.

I have just sent an email to :

Higherstate (Gary) is trialling a web page blog thingy whihc will be better than email for communicating. I'm sure he'll let us know when its ready.

Hi all me again - I still cant email djellis, you'll have to post more to enable PMs!!.
So, have you been to this area? what are your plans for your zen villa?

Contract - I have seen alot of contracts for foreign purchases over the years and last year another one for land in Brazil - BUT I'm no expert. My opinion is however that this is a very comprehensive contract. It covers areas that previous ones havent and best of all it is readable. Nothing untoward to report, but obviously it has gone to the lawyer.

Anyone else seen the contracts?

When the cotnract comes out, you have 14 days to pay the 100% of plot costs. When paid you will be contacted about build and options. Will let you know when that happens.

Hi all I got my original contract 12 months ago, and the agent at that time found 1 or 2 things they were not sure about, so Jans the developer re wrote them, and they are very comprehensive, and quite easy to understand, I don,t think you will have any problems in that area, the only thing is Jans can be a bit slow getting contracts out, so be patient.

Hi its me again also

Thanks for infor regarding contracts I havent paid for land yet but was getting twitchy about when I needed first build payment.
I have e amiled you and the others.

These are all the emails I have also , I do not have higherstates( Gary ) or Daves and Bevs or Seanlord. Is it me or did we used to have a Salsa Sue?

Have you been on the Zen site Steve has put pictures on of the land being cleared

Djellis if we keep talking to each other they may let us PM!!

We haven't yet been to the area but hope to visit next year.

When we retire - likely to be 5 or more years away unfortunately - we intend to spend several months there each year. In the short term, we will be encouraging family and friends to use it and use it ourselves whenever we can. Renting the place is also a possibility - but we are not depending on rental incomne to fund the project.

Graymax should have my email address should anyone wish to contact me. Hopefully my posts will not be removed again!
