Just highlighting our continued existence (and amazingly by Brazilian standards are continued development!!).

Intending to look at Karen and Theresa's emails about the positioning/size of Almaverde models again later this week - thanks guys you have been busy, but my poor little head just cant make sense of it all.

Anyone travelling out in the near future?

HI all,whilst they are building,the 2 penthouses,i think paperwork and site info from jan will be slow,however he has put more site pics on his unsold villas page,its good to see the visual progress.Only wish i could get out there,I 'am ready for a break.

I also bought into ZEN (Q5-03). Just bumped into this site and read some of the comments. I have not seen anything posted since late August.

Hi there welcome to our little group,

Just noticed you're my neighbour on Q5!!

We do alot of our contact by emails - we got sick of certain posters comments on here.

Unfortunatly we cant PM you until you've posted a certain number of times, so next time you're on if you post again and any of us see you we'll add an email address for you to email (we can then remove it from here immediatley).

In the meantime :

We have now signed our contract and paid the first 25% installment. We have decided on the Almaverde Grande model as we really wanted somehting bigger. We are eagerly awaiting the actail plan of our plot/build so we can decide on pool and jacuzzi szes and siting. We were supposed to finish in Nov 2009, but I think that may have been delayed a bit.

We have quite a bit of knowledge and experience in our group, some of us have brought abroad several times, one has been to the site and one of us (Karen!!!) has studied everything ever written about Zen, planned her build in exacting detail and sourced fridge freezers!! Her enthusiasm is endless and she has kept me going when I've felt drained by it all.

Great to hear there is already a group of owners more or less organised. I have decided on the 2 bed Almaverde for the plot on Q5.

And also from us welcome to the group. I am Karen and so impressed I have kept Debbie going and yes it is true I have been on Brazilian site pricing up the white goods. We are just so looking forward to finally getting there. We are also trying to learn Brazilian and Salsa dancing!!

We now Q5 plot 7 had to move as Q7 would be a while in starting
